OIL, CHEESE AND WINE

An unspoilt Southern corner of Tuscany and a fabulous mix of local produce. You will start your tour with an informative walk in the olive grove of our favorite farm followed by a guided oil tasting of one of the rarest monocultivar in Italy made from centuries old trees. Expect a fresh and fruity taste with a light pepperiness.

Next, your chauffeur will take you to the restaurant of a charming little village  to enjoy a local cheese tasting and a glass of wine. Distinctive and delicate flavors. Just perfect.

Your day will end in a winery where you will sample the Montecucco DOC wine, known as a hidden treasure in the wine world. Elegant, intense, simply luscious.

Please note: the oil tasting experience may be complemented by a visit to “Cisternone”, the olive oil museum where the roots of an olive tree grown in an aeroponic system are suspended in a 19th century stone water tank
